When I was younger, the practice of chiropractic allowed me to understand that there is a different way to take care of ourselves. I was able to stop using any medication . By looking for a way to retain health versus respond to sickness, I became truly connected with my body and understood that there are ways to heal that are essentially powered by your own body. This experience was so powerful for me that I wanted to help others do the same and devoted my path towards this.
I am truly honored to do my work because I get to help so many different groups of people, but especially women, who carry stress and want relief. There may be structural issues or muscle imbalance, those with stress held in their bodies, and those looking for a way to express the full health potential of their body. Caring for mamas and babies is such a rich practice. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing the impact chiropractic care has on preparing the pelvis for conception and birth and caring for babies naturally. Women feel more connected to their body when entering into pregnancy and childbirth. Mercier Therapy is a specialty offering I provide to prepare and heal the womb. I am also very passionate in caring for women who are working on their fertility or pain (emotional or physical). The womb is a sacred space that deserves the highest level of love and work and I am honored to offer what I have. I am a certified Mercier Therapy practitioner, an active member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), certified in the Webster Technique, Reiki healer, and attend many post-doctoral seminars on fertility, pregnancy and pediatrics. My life and life’s work balance means that I spend time with my young children on days away from my table. On weekends, we tend to have family dance parties, cook, get outside and see the people we love.
“Through the power of your intentions you can reorganize your energy in an instant.
Remember that your intentions create your reality. Power lies in knowing how your positive presence expands your outer life. With this newfound awareness, you can easily see when you’re in alignment with your power and when you’re not.”

“Live one day at a time. Keep your attention in present time.
Have no expectations. Make no judgements. And give up the need to know why things happen as they do. Give it up!”
― Caroline Myss
“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves,
like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”
― Rainer Maria Rilke
